Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. We have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern North Carolina has served the Craven County community for more than 25 years. Additional counties served by our organization are Carteret, Jones and Onslow Counties. We offer one program, our One-to-One Youth Mentoring Program, a preventive program that matches a responsible volunteer mentor (Big) with a youth (Little), between the ages of 5 and 16, to develop a supportive one-to-one relationship.
